        For California Ranches, complete the Ranch Info Form and indicated the commissions to the Selling Office.  I will place your property on the RExData® database, however not on my web
        web site.  Upon locating a qualified Buyer for your Listing, I will represent the Buyer and make arraignments with you to show the Ranch.
