of Syrah, 1100 vines of Cabernet Sauvignon and 300 vines of
Nebbiolo.
The Nebbiolo vines have not produced well.
Tentative agreement with a winery in Porterville to do some of the
cultural work, pick and process the grapes. Approx production
yield of 250 cases.

water, fencing for deer, and most important, the wine market
